Description
Judgment is something we have pretty well ignored in this age of the user-friendly church when we are so afraid that we are going to offend somebody. We are heading for that moment, the final Judgment of God.
The Bible says we shall all appear at the Judgment Seat and give an account of the deeds done in this flesh, whether they be good or bad. By looking at the first chapter of the book of Romans we can pretty well determine where we are.
As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man. How was it in the days of Noah? In the last 11 verses of Romans 1, Paul tells us how it was. When the ante-diluvians knew God, they glorified Him not as God. And for that cause, God gave them up to an unclean spirit. That unclean spirit simply says that God gave them up to themselves.
The flesh becomes the predominant authority in the Church, and the Gospel would not tolerate such lifestyle. So we had to produce a new Gospel. The ante-diluvians changed the truth of God into a lie. An for that cause God gave them up to a spirit of perversion. That civilization ended with rampant homosexuality. Who can deny that this is the major mark of the day in which we live?
Because of that perverted spirit, and because it was such an abomination to God Almighty, that civilization did not want to retain God in their knowledge. At that point God gave them up to a reprobate mind. We are there today. Following that reprobate mind came the judgment of God, the flood.
We are now in the time of the reprobate mind, and the judgment of God is imminent. You and I are going to stand there and we are going to give an account of the did we have done in the flesh. And the big question, What have you done with Jesus? In this drama of the Judgment, you will find yourself. You will have to answer that question.
