LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED

“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me” (John 14:1). Some would question the source and reliability of the speaker.

Jesus is the Truth, and He can’t lie, and what He says will be fulfilled. The greatest peace in the world, at any time, is to hear from the Peace Speaker. Jesus! Whenever and from whoever there is a season where nothing but sorrow and chaos is anything but peace, the Words of Jesus are not only prophetic, that peace is coming, but they are also creative so that sorrow can be instantly changed.

In Matthew 24, when Jesus said days of pain and sorrow would come, that could only be compared to a woman in travail of childbirth. No relief, only sorrow and trouble experience until it is climaxed. Yes, the Christian believer will have hardship in this world. One way God has to bring sufficient peace “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33). All Christians need to return to faith and trust in the Bible.

At the time of this writing, Russia continues its invasion of Ukraine (Again, I will hold my comments on this war). But, back to the woman in the travail of childbirth, the closer the time comes to deliver the child, the more pain and trouble becomes. The pain and trouble get closer together in the final hours, and I question if the world is not there on God’s time clock. We could be on the brink of the last day of God’s anger and judgment.

The alignment of nations seems to fit a final day of trouble. The Bible lets us know that Israel is the naval of the earth, and when it speaks of the armies, etc., it refers to places north of Israel. It seems to be lining up. May God give us a renewed love and trust for His Word. The Word is what He gives us to stand on; THAT’S ENOUGH. It cannot fail!
