SOC Peru Report
God continues to work in Peru. This January, we celebrated with great joy the second graduation from the School of Christ in Peru, where 20 students completed their ministerial training. Their testimonies are striking: God has transformed their lives and ministries in a powerful way.
One of the most special moments was the inauguration of a new church, led by Pastor Pedro Eugenio Jacobo de la Cruz. After graduating from the School of Christ in September of last year, he resigned his profession and resumed God's call to serve Him full-time as a pastor. He has now started a new church, and I had the privilege of being present at its first service and serving as the preacher. It was wonderful to see how the School of Christ is being a tool that inspires every man of God who opens his heart to hear the word of God.
As I have mentioned, Peru faces many spiritual and social challenges. However, in the midst of these difficulties, God is awakening His church. During the school in Pisco, each day began with prayer, setting the pace for an intense and transformative training. The teaching confronted religiosity and brought freedom and restoration to many hearts.
The manifestations of the power of the Glorious Holy Spirit are always seen in the unfolding of each day: healings, miracles, baptisms in the Holy Spirit; it is truly wonderful to see my Lord confirming in this way what we teach. The impact of this school has been so great that we are already organizing the next one in the coming months. We have also received requests from pastors in the city of Chincha to bring the training to that beautiful city.
We are deeply grateful to each person who has supported us in prayer and financially. Your support is key to the continued advancement of this work. Let us continue interceding so that God continues to open doors and equip His church in Peru.
