SOC Work In Venezuela Continues To Train Pastors And Workers

Delvis Mercado

It had been five years since I had the privilege of returning to Venezuela. It was an exciting reunion with pastors and students at the School of Christ International.

While it was impossible to travel there, more than one hundred students completed the School of Christ in different cities and states in Venezuela. The SOC has awakened pastors and leaders who have taken on the task of receiving this training. I had the honor of graduating a significant group of these students and starting a new SOC School with twenty-five students from Caracas.

This experience was inspiring and a great blessing, representing a considerable advance of the School of Christ in Venezuela. It is essential to highlight the outstanding work carried out by Pastor Jhony Echezuria and his team and the Council of Assemblies of God of Caracas. Despite the political, social, and economic difficulties our brothers in Venezuela face, they have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the continuity of the work of the School of Christ. Their dedication and effort have sustained this vision of God in this country.

When meeting with the entire management team, we made a work plan that we considered a strategy that would significantly advance the School of Christ throughout the country.

Despite the challenges of continuing the work of the School of Christ in Venezuela, we are determined to continue in our mission to empower the body of Christ and bring hope to those who need it most through this message of Pentecost. Thank you for helping us with your prayers and financial contribution to continue this work of preparing the bride of the Lamb of God.
